　Test 1：25W incandescent lamp

　Test 2：60W incandescent lamp

At the same condition, replace the 25W bulb to 60W and cover the paper. 4 minutes later, some scorched smell spread and the paper become dry and yellowish. Measured the surface and the temperature is 98.3 degree.

　Test 3：90W incandescent lamp

At the same condition, replace the 60W bulb to 90W and cover the paper. 2 minutes later, some scorched smell spread and the paper become more dry and yellowish. Measured the surface and the temperature is 109.3 degree.

   Five minutes later, the smell become more and more and the color of the paper become darker and darker. Then the paper is smoking and the reporter has to cut off the power for the safety.

　Test report

   The higher of the power, the higher temperature will gather on the bulb. When it’s hot enough, the paper may fire by the bulb.

 Test suggest

We’d better choose some low-power of incandescent lamp for our reading lamp or replace them with LED reading lamp. At the same time, we should not make the lamp too close with our book or some inflammable to avoid the accident.
