118^th Canton Fair October 2015

China Import and Export Fair, well known as the Canton Fair, has been held in Guangzhou twice every year since 1957, in spring and autumn. This year 2015 is the 118^th trade fair which is scheduled to stage in this autumn in three phases.

ZIC International will attend the 1^st phase of 15^th -19^th October. We hereby sincerely invite you and your company representatives to visit our booth at the China Import and Export (Pazhou) Complex on 15^th October. Our LONEN products will be exhibited at the fair. ABOUT CANTON FAIR

Canton Fair, the largest trade show in China and officially named as China Import and Export Fair, comes biannually in spring and autumn every year in Guangzhou and each session is held in 3 phases. Each phase will last 5 days with a 3-day interval in between.

Regarded as the largest scale, the highest level, Canton Fair presents the most comprehensive exhibition covering the widest range of industries and sectors, as well as the richest products and commodities. It accommodates 55,000 stands with an exhibition area of 1.1 million square meters. There’re about 22,000 enterprises, with over 150,000 kinds of products in 15 categories. You’re gonna find whatever you want here.

HOW TO ATTEND

There are five steps for buyers to attend Canton Fair:

1.  Get Invitation (E-invitation) to China for Canton Fair 2015:

You will need Canton Fair Invitation to apply the Visa to China and get registered for Canton Fair Entry Badge (IC Card).

2.  Apply Visa to China:

You can use Canton Fair E-invitation to Apply Visa to China at your country or regular residence place before arriving in China. More information please check China Visa Application.

3.  Plan Your Trip to the Canton Fair host city - Guangzhou, China:

There is a great surge in hotel demand for the Canton Fair every year, so it's highly recommended to plan your trip beforehand.

4.  Register & Get Entry Badge to the Canton Fair:

If you are a new comer to the Canton Fair, you need to get registered first with your Invitation & valid documents (check details) at the Canton Fair Pazhou Overseas Buyers' Registration Center or at the Appointed Hotels. Regular buyers can go to the Fair directly with the Entry Badge.

5.  Enter the Canton Fair and Meet with Exhibitors:

You can get free booklets incl. layout, exhibits, exhibitors for the Fair at the Service Counter. It's highly recommended to take your own Interpreter who will stand by your side and help for better communication.
